Described as 'designed to grow with your teen', it's a comfortable pant that is leak-free and odour-resistant, giving teens confidence to carry on with their normal lives without needing pads or tampons.
These specific briefs can hold up to 20ml of blood which is equivalent to four tampons or three pads. They are also recommended for first periods, heavy flow days, schools, sports and sleepovers, reports Birmingham Live.
The Ultimate Period Pants High Waist, available in sizes XXS to 6XL, are the brand's 'maximum absorbency period pants', designed to replace tampons and pads. They offer extra coverage, stretchy fabric and a high waist for comfort and style.

It can hold up to 15ml of flow - equivalent to three tampons or two pads - and features a waterproof outer, chlorine-resistant recycled nylon and UV50+ protection, ensuring it's durable and quick-drying.
Other brands offering period pants include Modibodi, which sells Seamfree Bikini bottoms for £18.99, available in sizes XS to 2XL. M&S also stocks a 3pk No VPL Heavy Absorbency Period Full Briefs for £17.50 on its website. These knickers are available in sizes 6 to 24, in black or rose quartz colours, and rank as a bestseller on the site. They feature a three-layer gusset designed to wick moisture away from the body, plus a leak-proof outer layer for complete security.
The WUKA products have garnered impressive reviews online, though. Regarding the Racerback Swimsuit, one customer shared: "I bought this for my daughter. I checked the sizing chart before buying and the swimsuit fits perfectly. She loves wearing it. No more missed swimming lessons!".
