Sean looks back on his stellar career to date after playing his 750th senior Irish League game earlier this week.

The 39-year-old has won league titles at Glentoran, Linfield and Crusaders, and is now hoping to help Glenavon secure European football this season.

Sean chats about the highs and lows in his career, and also praised the impact of Larne boss Tiernan Lynch during his playing days at the Oval.


The veteran defender also reveals the key behind his longevity in football - and it's something all of us can relate to!
