Pump Street Derry closed 'due to concerns regarding unsafe building'

A number of residents have been evacuated

A road in Derry is closed on Sunday due to concerns regarding an unsafe building in the area, police say.


The closure is in place at Pump Street on October 5.


A PSNI statement said: "Cordons are in place at the junctions with Ferryquay Street and London Street and a number of residents have been evacuated.


"The road is likely to be closed for some time."
