Northern Ireland weather forecast for week ahead as unsettled conditions expected

It comes after a rain warning was in place over the weekend

After a wet weekend across Northern Ireland, the forecast for the week ahead brings with it a mixed bag.

The Met Office forecast shows the new week will start off on a mostly dry note on Monday, before becoming more unsettled as the week goes on. It will remain mild, however, with daytime temperatures expected to range from 16C to 18C.

It comes after a yellow weather warning for rain was in place on Saturday, September 27, with heavy downpours across much of Northern Ireland and some localised flooding.
