It was another busy afternoon of Irish League action, including a packed Premiership schedule.

Leaders Linfield were looking to inch closer to another league title when they entertained Glenavon, while second-placed Glentoran travelled to Carrick Rangers.

Elsewhere, BetMcLean Cup winners Cliftonville were at Ballymena United, and champions Larne hosted Coleraine.

Crusaders welcomed Loughgall to Seaview, while it was Portadown vs Dungannon Swifts in one of the two late kick-offs.

There were two games in the championship including Harland and Wolff Welders vs Ards, and we had another six games in the Premier Intermediate League.
